Discount Program
Maryland Behavioral Health is committed to ensuring that no individual is denied access to behavioral health services due to inability to pay. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program for patients who qualify based on household income and family size.
Who Qualifies?

|---|---|---|
| At or below 100% FPL | Nominal fee | $20 per visit |
| 101% – 125% FPL | 75% discount | 25% of standard fee |
| 126% – 150% FPL | 50% discount | 50% of standard fee |
| 151% – 175% FPL | 25% discount | 75% of standard fee |
| 176% – 200% FPL | 10% discount | 90% of standard fee |
| Above 200% FPL | — | Standard fees apply |
How to Apply
You can request an application at any of our office locations, by calling (301) 249-8100, or by emailing info@marylandbhealth.com. You will need to provide:

- Proof of household income — recent pay stubs, tax return, benefit letter, or self-declaration
- Number of people in your household
Bowie:
- Applications are reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved discounts remain in effect for 12 months
