truly believe that ‘It’s never too late to mend.’ No matter how overwhelming life gets, there’s always a bright ray of hope, and I am wholeheartedly committed to helping you find it. My approach is grounded in empathy, driven by purpose, and focused on real, lasting change. I don’t just see symptoms; I see unique individuals. You are worthy of healing, hope, deserve the best care, and a second chance.
I graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria, and have had the privilege to work in the field for about 30 years. My specialized training in general/adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction psychiatry at the University of Mississippi, University of Texas Southwestern, Columbia University-Harlem Hospital Center, and Mount Sinai-Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center provides a broad and versatile perspective.
Throughout my journey, I have worked with individuals navigating different disorders, but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, and other mental health disorders, each case unique, each person deserving of dignity and care. I serve clients across all age groups and regions, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with curiosity, respect, and collaboration.
