Daniel Safo Kantanka, DNP, joins Maryland Behavioral Health with over four years of experience in family practice. He is interested in preventative care and general medicine.  

 Daniel Safo Kantanka, DNP, FNP, developed his interest in internal Medicine because it promotes a healthy lifestyle and early interventions through preventative care, comprehensive management, and continuity of care for patients with chronic illnesses. He aims to provide quality medical care to his patients and improve their overall health.  

 He resides in Maryland. He enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, playing soccer, and listening to music in his leisure time.

I am a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner with over 6 years of experience providing primary care which includes preventative screenings, chronic disease management and acute care services. I have enjoyed my time so far seeing patients from all walks of life and look forward to working with you.
